"I cannot guarantee that any of my products are free from ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. Despite my best efforts, cross-contamination may occur. Please inform me directly of any allergies, such as peanuts, nuts, cinnamon, etc..; and I will make your order as safely as possible within reason, but you always eat at your own risk.
Refund Policy - the basics
All of the food on my website is made fresh per customer and per order. As such, unless your order is NOT delivered for some reason, there are NO refunds given. Once an order is placed, your cookie creation will be started shortly thereafter and the cost to my business and my time has already been spent. I am here to bring some tasty treats and joy into this World; not to argue with customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please feel free to contact me directly at 412-706-0399 to discuss. I am the owner, baker, and even the delivery driver. If for any reason, you ordered incorrect items, I am capable of making substitutions for you as long as the additional items being requested are the same cost as the previously ordered items and you give me a minimum of 48 hour notice!
